As a Frenn Club member, you can enjoy wonderful member benefits. The one-year warranty repair is included in the price, and we always sew on the buttons at no charge. You will receive invitations to club campaigns and events. For VIP member, alteration and repair services at the Helsinki store and significant delivery benefits are included in the price. You will get value-for-money benefit points on all your normal-priced purchases. You’ll also get points when you bring or send your old FRENN clothes to us for recycling or invite your friends to shop. Membership does not obligate you to anything.

- Measure yourselfTake your measurements and record them in the size chart of your customer profile. Use them to choose the right size.
- Earn pointsYou get valuable points for every normal-priced purchase. One euro adds one point to your account.
HOW TO USE YOUR POINTS
100 points equal €10
Make use of your points and benefit codes generated based on them. You can use your benefit codes for normal-priced products and services when your one-time purchase is at least €100. Points are accumulated for your normal-priced purchases. The points for each purchase are valid for six months, but they will remain with you if you make purchases before they expire.
